If you are on a paid plan (Growth, Pro, or Elite), you will be able to view your billing history by following these instructions!

 If you are on the Free Starter Plan, no need! Rest assured that there are no bills associated with your account, so no billing history will be reflected.

In order to view your site's billing history, you will just follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to Hello Bar and go to the Settings section of your Hello Bar dashboard
  2. Beneath the orange title that reads BILLING, you will be able to see your complete Hello Bar billing history

In this section, you will be able to view the following aspects of your billing history:

  • Date of billing
  • Cost of bill
  • Description of bill
  • Card used for payment
  • Receipt (just click the orange button to download the full receipt and print it, if desired)

You will also be able to see any extra payments outside of your typical monthly payments, such as overage charges. These will appear at the very bottom of your billing history and will record the number of views your site has accumulated in the current month, if over the limit on your plan.

Please note: if you were recently on a paid plan but downgraded to the Free Starter Plan on Hello Bar, you will no longer be able to view your billing history. Please reach out to our team for assistance on this – we are happy to help!
