Hello Bar provides a wide range of custom targeting rules and one of them is the Cookie targeting rule, this allows you to trigger popups based on Cookie values generated by the browsers and is ideal in certain scenarios such as site visitor behaviors ie., product search in eCommerce sites, user sessions, preferences and targeting logged in or non-logged in customers.
Creating the targeting rule.
-Navigate in your Hello Bar account dashboard under "Targeting" then hit "Create New Rule".
-Select "Cookies" from the list.
Select either "Include", "Does not include" or use keyword then add the Cookie=value.
